IFFR 2016

February 2016 is a great month for film festivals, with another film finished at STORM having been selected, this time for the International Film Festival Rotterdam. Mijke de Jong's docu-drama STOP ACTING NOW, about the acting collective Wunderbaum's attempts to stop acting and actually change the world, with online editing, colour grading, visual effects and deliveries by STORM.

Berlinale 2016

We are very pleased to announce that three films finished at STORM have been selected for the Berlinale Film Festival 2016! 

Ester Gould and Reijer Zwaan's documentary STRIKE A POSE, documenting the lives of Madonna's dancers, for which STORM did online editing, colour grading and deliveries. Maurice Dekkers' food-film ANTS ON A SHRIMP, showing world famous chef Rene Redzepi as he sets up a pop-up version of his restaurant Noma in Tokyo, with STORM supplying online editing, colour grading and deliveries. And lastly Thomas Vinterberg's new film KOLLEKTIVET / THE COMMUNE, about the clash between personal desires vs. solidarity and tolerance in a Danish commune in the 70's, with visual effects by STORM.

Sundance Film Festival

The Sundance Film Festival 2016 has selected two films finished at STORM! Yorgos Lanthimos' surreal tragicomedy THE LOBSTER will run in the Spotlight program, while Arne Toonen's too cool for school gangster-comedy BOSKAMPI'S / LITTLE GANGSTER is one of only three films selected for the Sundance Kids program. STORM supplied online editing, colour grading, visual effects and deliveries for both films.
